Struggling to get my refund Back

In November 2013 i have puchased a voucher with Goupon Za, and later they told me that the money was never deducted into my acc i have to do paymeny manualy, and they gave me acc numbers to do the payment, wich i did and send them the proof of payment, later they send me an e-mail saying: Unfortunately, my purchase for Spa Package at La Dolce Vita Hair and Day Spa was not successful and i must advise them if they must do a refund, i replied to them that i need my refund, They told me that The refund has been approved. on the 17/12/2013. then on the 06/06/2014 they said Refund has been processed to account number 62199109375. i must allow for 3-5 business days for funds to reflect. even today i am still waiting for my payment, when i call them they told me on their side is reflecting that they paid my account and i must provide them with a bank statement to show that i havent receive the payment which i did that, i am spending more money calling them doing the follow up with my payment, they dont care to contact me telling me the status of the query, you get a new person everyday telling you different story i am really tired now i need my money back
