Refund and Close the account

On the 20th June I got a settlement amount on my loan which included the 20% discount., the consultant requested I send a proof of payment after paying, and I did as requested and I requested a settlement letter, which she provided on the 21 st June 2013. The was a payment of 744.14 and she requested for a refend and she told me it will take 7 working days. I received the refund on the 22 June 2013. I had schedule a payment of 500 and I sent the same lady an an email on the 24 June 2013, requesting to assist me with the refund and the account to be closed off..she read my email and I didnt get a response, on the 25th June 2013 I sent an email to her again to request a refund and to ask her why the account is accumulating interest...
She read my email and no response. On the 27th called the call centre and they told me that the refund will take 7 days and the account is accumulating interest... The consultants think they doing me a favour, they not am the client and I havent disrespected anyone to get this kind of service, I also work for a bank our clients we repect them and would help them and if we cant will find someone who will assist them.
