3 months later, claim not paid out!

First of all I want to say in caps that BANKMED IS TERRIBLE!

On 1-March my son had to be rushed to a doctor because he had short breath. The Peadriatrician treated him for Asthma and took blood samples for test. I paid R600 cash and submitted a claim to Bankmed for a refund. Bankmed said there's missing information (ICD-10 code) for the claim to be processed. Dr put Asthma ICD-10 code on statement because that's what he treated my son for and I resubmitted. Now the drama had just begun. Bankmed kept rejecting my claim saying my son must be registered on PMB for this payout to happen. Dr advised that this can't happen because tests from the lab came out negative for Asthma. Meaning that this was a touch of Asthma or something minor. After about 5-6 weeks of explaining this fact to them Bankmed agreed to payout. Every time I call I get told that the claim is being processed and will be paid in the next pay run. Or I get told that some "Filter" has to be attached to the claim and then a payout will happen. Today is week 12 and when I call them they basically tell me the same thing in different words and I must confirm, again, my banking details. How long does it take to payout R600?
