Claim Refund Query

The service provided by the Bank Med Contact Center should be regarded as one of the worse, as every agent that I dealt with lack integrity, competency and basic Telephone manners.
One agent also said that they don't have a complaints department or a teamleader to assist, I have been trying for bankmed to assist with a claim refund since December 2012 .
I have been advised to send countless emails and every consultant has their own way a claim refund should be done.
It was bankmed that could not process a payment to a doctor i visited in October and stated there after the next two months that it will occur next month, until the doctor was going to take legal action against me that an agent from bankmed advised me to process a payment to the doctor and it will be refunded by bankmed to me, this was in December.
It's almost March now and i am getting the run around from bankmed for a refund.

Bankmed treat their customers as thou it's a free service they offer and they doing us a favour.
