Paedetrician account still not settled

I was admitted on 07/03/2012 for c-section delivery of a baby. The paedetrician who looked after the baby while in hospital hasn't been settled. 1st Bankmed rejected the claim and said the baby was not registered and tha was in April already and the baby was register 3 days after delivery with the medical aid. They since came back & rejected the claim with "PMB", when i phoned i was advised the doctor has submitted with the wrong code. Phoned the Dr's offices and they said they'll resubmit. I recieved a rejection report on 09/01/2013 & when i phoned bankmed i was sent from pillar to post, first to Carecross & they sent me back to Bankmed as this is an old account for last year. Eventually i spoke to Nosipho who advised the same that the Dr has to change the code, phoned the Dr's offices and when they phoned bankmed they said Yonela said they don't need to change anything as the claim will be processed and finalized as is. They identified what the error is. Now I've recieved another rejection from Bankmed with same code "PMB". So now i need to know why must i settle the Dr if the reason i was hospitalized was to give birth and now they don't want to pay the Dr who looked after baby?
