What the am i paying for?

On the 25th my daughter fell frm the stairs n broke her right thumb, we were in Rusternburg. We took her 2 Ferncrest hospital. The Dr took Xrays n then explained tht she nids to be seen by a specialist as her thumb is broken. The specialist explained that an opp nids to be performed. He made an appointment for an opp 2 be done the next morning @ the Peglerae hospital. Now bankmed is rejecting the claim, they r saying the ICD10 code that was used needs to be changed. The Dr advised that he wont be able to change the code bt can only send through a motivation. Nw wat I'd like to knw is wat was I supposed to do, wait 4 bankmed to open on the 27th b4 taking my child to the hospital? Wat constitute a life threatening injury? Do u think I wud jut choose to spend my Christmas at the hospital for my child to be operated 4 the fun of it? I am very stressed and disappointed with the way bankmed is handling this situation. So who's supposed to pay 4 this? Wat is the purpose of having a medical aid if they won't help u in the time of need? I got a statement indicating tht they r also rejecting another claim frm linksfield wher i ws treated after i fainted on the 17th of Dec. Bankmed jst dnt CARE.
