Giving birth at Unitas leaves mother with disease

My wife gave birth to our first child in Unitas Hospital, ward 1B

When we got home, she started getting acne on her buttocks. She told her Gine, Dr Karin Minnaar about it whom said it is just hormones. After about a week, it spread across her entire buttocks. After this she went to doctors many times. She finished many antibiotic courses and the disease still did not go away. She eventually had a swipe done, and it turned out to be Straphylococcus aurous, a rare and almost impossible to get rid of bacteria which is extremely contagious

After almost depleting our entire medical aid, it is still not gone, and it seems to have now spread to our 11-week old baby boy!!!

I want Unitas to give us a solution for this problem and compensate us for the damages done. It seems like Unitas is a plague-ridden area, not fit for human habitation
