No Reimbursement of claim

I submitted a claim to Bankmed on the 28th of August, which had all the documents and my details including banking details. I received a statement on 10th of September and another on the 17th showing that the claim was paid to member, however i did not receive my money. I sent through a query to bankmed stating that i did not receive any payment yet the amount has been deducted from my MSA. I received no response. On the 27th os Sep i received an email from Pixie asking for my banking details, which i gave to her. I'm not sure what she did with my response because she sent me the same email again on 30th of Sep. Again i responded, did not Get a reply nor did i get my money.
Today i received another statement from Bankmed showing that the claim has been paid to the member. i still have not recieved any payment.
This is going on for over a month now, surely it cannot take this long? I provided my banking details on my first email with the claim, why do you keep sending me the same email requesting my banking details?
Clearly Bankmed does not want to give me the money due to me. if this is the case, then i find it morally wrong for you to have taken this money out of my MSA
