Pre authorisation request done on the 31st May agent answered my call and requested for a motivation letter from my Dr which-still didn't make any sense to me that was send to her via email within 10 minutes, another 5 minutes passed without hearing from her then I decided to call the Call Centre again, a different agent answered I was told that Katrina is busy on another call and she has received my email awaiting her superiors approval and she will call me back.
1.I am still waiting for her call today its Saturday the 1st June
2.I am supposed to be admitted in hospital tomorrow Sunday the 2nd
3.Your Call Centre really I have never experienced such Bad Service like Best med's starting from your Call Centre agents who are not professional when talking on the phone
4.Anticipate my cancellation letter as I DO NOT see the reason to be a member to this lousy so called Medical Aid (I wonder what made my husband sign up with you)
5.I dont see the reason why should the Dr motivate for when a patient is sick, would I just decide to stay away from work then go and relax in hospital, What were hotels made for? You people think that hospitals are better places for people to relax, Mqa
