Dissapointment with Accounts

I was admitted to hospital during December in Constantiaberg Mediclinic as well as Kloof Mediclinic. Both hospitals called for authorisation before they admitted me to hospital, THUS, they did receive authorisation numbers from Medihelp. Otherwise they would definitely not helped or treated me in a private hospital. NOW, I received the first account from Constantiaberg Mediclinic, and Medihelp called me, saying they are not going to pay any of the accounts, until I send them medical reports of all the doctors that treated me, as well as the results of the x-rays, blood tests etc. SINCE WHEN does it work like this? Do i now need to call every medical department of both hospitals and ask for these results? Their are CODES on all of the administration send to Medihelp? I have a full day-to-day and hospital plan, to prevent situations like this where i do not know how i will pay almost R20 000 at once to cover my medical bills?
