I bought an iPhone 4S on-line and it was faulty. Always dropping signal. I thought perhaps my son didnt know how to work the phone properly, Took it to iFix they said some of the 4S models had this problem and we should return it. Neux wouldn't give me my money back but promised to fix it. I sent it at my cost to them and they apparently fixed it and returned it. Still dropping signal. I again returned it at my cost and I have to go thru the whole process again. whats wrong?? etc. now they say they didnt fix it the first time they actually replaced it and this is a new phone. No way!! I sit now with no iPhone and R 6, 000 out of pocket. This has been a 7 month nightmare with no solution in sight!!!
