IPhone 5 - Dropping Wifi signal... this is a known iPhone5 problem but Vodacom is NOT resolving my problem.
The iPhone is one of the first in the country and have been a frustration since day 1 with regard to Wifi signal.

I have taken the phone to Vodacom twice before. Upon collecting the 2nd time and hearing they did the same as the previous time (update software) I asked what if the problem is not fixed. The reply I received is that the phone will be exchanged.

The phone is in for the 3rd time now and now Vodacom refuses to replace the phone. This apparently due to a "scuff mark". It will again be sent for assessment and will be repaired out of warranty... I find this totally unacceptable.
