Hi Bid or buy.
I bought a projector from Neux on bid or buy order number 5547448. I received a faulty unit in December this year but did not complain as the item was working okay. about a month ago the whole projector packed up and I emailed neux about it and he replaced the unit with a second hand but faulty unit. I forwarded it back to him and he gave me another faulty second hand unit. Now when I mailed him again he says his not gonna replace the unit again as its costing him money. If he gave me a sealed replacement the first time this would not have happened. I am tired of getting second hand faulty items. This seller is s disgrace and is selling cheap Chinese items making it sound so good in his listings but when you receive the item its not even spending R100. I couriered the damaged item back to him again and now he does not want to replace the unit. I dot know what to do at this stage but stay away from this seller.
