4 faulty iPhones need to be replaced

Out of frustration I am writing this. Nashua Mobile have come to my house to verify that the 4 x iPhone 5's I got through them have a faulty WIFI antennae. They have admitted that the phones are faulty, yet a month later they are unable to authorise for the phones to be replaced. I have been promised "loan phones" while they take the phones in for analysis - but this hasn't happened. I have 4 new, faulty iPhone 5's that need to be replaced, and nobody at Nashua Mobile is able to make a decision on this. Besides the faulty WIFI, the 3G doesn't always work, and neither does the actual phone. I mostly get voicemail. I can't work like this. It's costing me a fortune every month and Nashua Mobile doesn't seem to care that I can't properly use these 4 faulty iPhone 5's.

I have had a series of service failures from Nashua Mobile and don't know what to do anymore. Brendon seems to want to help me, but he can't authorise that these faulty phones be replaced. PLEASE HELP.
