I bought an IPhone 5 at MTN, after activation and installing necessary applications the phone fails to connect to the internet. The other thing is that this phone is too restrictive in that it doesn't connect to other phones via Bluetooth only Iphone to Iphone, therefore one needs to send music, pics and videos to PC with itunes and then from the PC to IPhone. Which is frustrating cos not all PC's have itunes.
All these were not disclosed to me and the lady tells me she thought I knew all these.
Wen I call the store they tell me they do not have coverage for the area that I am staying at. So I either have to move to another area when I want to access the internet or they will come to your house to install the antennae that will boost my signal. So these two options are just ridiculous as I can't be going from home at night to go to look for a signal somewhere else (eg in Pretoria CBD) and secondly the antennae will confide me to my house, so what if I want to access internet and I am at church or gone to our mall for shopping? When I bought this phone they told me I have up to 7days to return the phone if I'm not satisfied and now that I'm doing that they are giving me grief.
