Good Day,
I made a complaint about my new iPhone 5 reception and 3G being very poor - initially i found that it was the hard case cover that was interfering with the signal and seemed that it was not the iPhone 5 that was damaged upon delivery.
I then apologized to Cell C stating it seems it was not the iPhone 5 which had a problem.
I have since had the iPhone 5 since Friday 5 July 2013 - and although the signal is better without the hard cover case - it is still very poor. I previously had an iPhone 4 and the signal was excellent. I am concerned that this is a faulty iPhone 5 which i have reported to Customer Care. Ref: 3071100333
I have recently noticed that the iPhone 5 has a rattle when shaking it and am sure this should not be the case. The phone has never been dropped yet there is a rattle inside the phone - The phone is 8 days old, i can only assume that i received the phone with the fault.
If the iPhone 5 of 8 days old is faulty - I need this to be resolved/ replaced as I have recently purchased the phone and do not want to have it sent in for repairs in the next few days and sit without a phone.
Please can someone get back to me as i am most concerned.
