I am so disappointed and angry, I do not even know where to begin! I bought Iphone SE on contract with Vodacom and took out the best Insurance to ensure that my phone would be replaced with no hassle or repaired with no hassle, 12 months into the new new phone I needed to get it repaired for the sound and screen, they told me I cannot get it repaired as the Iphone (s) are all discontinued besides the 13. My options are take another phone brand to the value of 10, 000.00 or pay in 5000 for Iphone 12 (I thought they did not have stock!)
Now, I want to stay with Iphone for a reason, it's my consumer right and choice that is what my insurance should be covering! my problem is Istore does not have the phone discontinued they can actually get the Iphone SE but same price but Vodacom Insurance REFUSES for me to order the phone from them and then pay Istore with the same voucher they would pay any Vodacom store I get a new phone... and they REFUSE to order a new Iphone SE so that nobody is actually at a loss!
I am soooooooooooooooooooo MAD that they cannot atleast get the Iphone from Istore which actually manufactures the phone and have confirmed that they can get the phone without any issues! To top it off Istore has confirmed that they have received Vodacom vouchers before and cannot understand why they will not do that.
Terribly disappointed!
