IStore failure to log new iPhone Contract - Vodaco

On 9 February I signed my new upgrade contract - and iPhone Smart Advanced Contract - at the Waterfront iStore.
Now, more than a month later, when I receive my first bill with Vodacom - it is over R 2000! On closer inspection, I see I am still being billed for a Blackberry Talk 240 (my old Contract) and that all the extra data and calls that are supposed to be included in my monthly contract rate have been billed as extras over and above this!
I called Vodacom's billing department and they informed me that my new contract has not been logged by the iStore with Vodacom.
This is completely slack and disgusting, and the second incident I have had in a month with the iStore where they have completely forgotten to log a contract and the paperwork just lay around the store somewhere - the same happened with my iPad 3 G contract and I had to make a series of visits to the store to sort this out.

The iStore are clearly responsible for the excess R 1000 on my cell phone bill!!!

Someone needs to sort this and refund me the money urgently,

iStore - seriously, up your game!
