Vodacom's Horrible Customer Service

Tuesday 7 Jan, I went to the Vodacom Customer Care Repair Centre in Sandton, I have an iPhone 5, and the camera has been faulty, and it's still under warranty untill March. I booked the phone in and was requested to collect it yesterday (20 Jan) After 2 whole weeks they advised me that they were unable to fix it as my 'find my iphone' app hadn't been switched off. My battery was completely dead and there was pieces of plastic under my screen guard.. What happened to the phone if it wasn't able to be fixed? I then took the phone to Balfour Park where I initially got the phone and after waiting 15-20 minutes, the sales person advised me to go to Eastgate or Vodaworld as Sandton sometimes doesn't fix phones properly or fixes the wrong things?. So today (21 Jan) I went to Vodaworld and after waiting at Vodacom, I was sent to the iStore to switch the 'find my iphone' app off because the salesperson at Vodacom couldn't assist... The sales person at the istore advised me that I would be wasting my time sending my phone to Vodacom as iphones cannot be repaired??? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON?! The 'don't care attitude' some of the Vodacom staff have is unbearable
