To whom it may concern,
I am very disappointed in the level of service received by Vodacom personnel in your repair centres and stores.
My iPhone 4s crashed on the 13th October (Downloaded new IOS 7) and I took it in to be repaired. The phone also had a crack on the back of the phone and the repair officer advised me that Insurance would pay out and I could get a new iPhone.
however, due to the LACK of stock on Vodacom's side there is not an iPhone 5 in stock AND personnel advise that I will have to pay n ust get a samsung.
I am very well aware that I will have to pay excess on the claim but I am NOT prepared to pay in for a phone that was working perfectly fine. I want an iPhone 4s just like my original or can SOMEONE find me STOCK.
The vodacom repair shop tell me that I must phone back when they are too busy to help me. No one is prepared to source a phone for me and I must do so myself.
No one gets back to me they say they will. I have been polite and kind and decent but today I actually got VERY irritated
The service at Cresta repair centre is well below par and I actually just want out of my contract
Please please please please can someone sort this out for me!
