I walked into the store the day before Christmas to upgrade my Mac Vodacom contract and after a while was told that I needed to present statements. The nearest bank to do that wasn't close by so I went off and by the time I returned with the statements it was after 5pm and was told that it could only be processed on Boxing Day and that I would receive a call. When Boxing Day came I decided to call them in the morning and they said that the request was put through to Vodacom and I would receive confirmation within 24 hours. That was on the 26th and its now the 30th after numerous failed calls (no answer) and still no confirmation. I have left messages with their call centre and even tried contacting Vodacom directly. Nothing! Very poor service!
