I ordered a blackberry playbook on 8 November to ensure delivery before Christmas I was told latest estimated delivery was 2 December. After numerous emails I have been informed they placed the order to the supplier on 20 December. It is completely unacceptable and disgusting that I placed and order an paid for an item over a month and a half before Christmas as a present and I still don't have the item in my possession, the best answer they can give is the item was ordered on their side 20 December and is on route to the country
