2 weeks to upgrade and still nothing

I have been trying to upgrade for the last 2 weeks and endless phone calls, many hours of time wasted, not to mention the petrol wasted to drive to a store I have still not been able to upgrade. I was on a tablet and data package for R369 a month, I am due for an upgrade and want to change to 1gb deal for R199 a month but the system says I don't qualify the call centre have put through numerous calls and messages to have this checked and changed but no resolution as yet. the staff in the call centre just apologize and stay speechless on other side. they have no idea what they are talking about. first I was told I cant upgrade to a tablet via the phone. I told the call centre lady that she has to be able to help and she said" I cant help you so what do you want me to say" I phoned back 5 minutes later and someone else helped me. I am beyond irritated with this problem and want a solution now. this was a birthday present for my son who had to get something else in the mean time because of this big mess. this is not the first time I am having issues, every time I want to upgrade I have issues with Vodacom... I am beyond frustrated now.
