I bought a Samsung microwave two years ago. For the last 6 months i have been trying to get in contact with Samsung to fixed my microwave oven that all the paint peeled off inside. Firstly they closed down the only service agent in Polokwane and then tells me to take the oven to Mokopane that is in total 100km from me. If you want to sell in the area get your backup sorted out. That is after the turntable broke and i had to take it back to Hyperama to get fixed after 3 months. I have a Sharp microwave that i bought in 1990 and never experienced the paint problems nor any backup problems from there side. It looks to me if Samsung only want the new business but doesn't want to give any support and we as the customer are struggling without our products.
I will never ever buy a Samsung product again.
