Booked in my samsung S4 again after it came back from your service center with voice and data problems only to find that nothing was done. On the notes it says upgraded software.. But when i swithed the phone on it wanted to update software again and then the signal just falls away and come back every 3 seconds just like before. To make maters worse the phone came back with a scratch that was not there when I booked it in. I think according to the CPA I have the right to request a new phone now. Your service centers are really giving you a bad name.
