I recently upgraded from iPhone to Samsung and currently feel more like it was a downgrade. The phone wanted to do a software update with I accepted and took almost 29min and completed then requested a reboot and all he'll broke loose. Phone will not switch on after sleep mode and drains a full battery within 30min. I'm in UK currently and Samsung customer care in Birmingham is closed, no idea when they'll open. This is a known issue by Samsung yet keeping users in the dark, can I claim for compensation now as I have no mean of contact with my family and friends? I have sent a mail on Facebook and had no response.
