Samsung are insisting that I damaged the SIM card and MicroSD card reader slots on a tablet that was working perfectly and just stopped reading the SIM card and MicroSD. I have also contacted FNB, as I got the tablet through them, and told them that I am unhappy with the service and the guys at SmartLabs can keep the tablet if they want to I am not going to pay (R 2, 934.38) for this when I know clearly that there has been an on-going problem with Samsung and the SIM card slots on the galaxy tab2.
I have been waiting for a resolution on this matter and after several attempts to resolve the matter with Samsung, on numerous phone calls, they have never called me back to follow-up on the matter. The tablet I still broken and Samsung have the worst customer service!!! I rate them 1/10 for customer service and complaint resolution! This matter has been pending since 20th December 2012.
