Earlier in the month I went into the store to inquire about a software uipgrade for my Galaxy S GT-I9000 (firmware version 2.1) i was then told to back up my data and bring it in. I did so the following day, left the phone and was told to collect it after an hour. when i got back the lady told me she couldn't do the upgrade as my phone was not giving her the option to, she was not rude in any way but i went to Samsung store seeking help for a reason, my phone is now slow, it force closes and i can't access other game apps because of the outdated software but i left the store without a solution. she then told me they can only book it in at the service center if it gives me more problems. I AM HAVING PROBLEMS ALREADY HENCE I WENT TO THE STORE FOR HELP. am i suppose to accept that my phone will not get a software upgrade?
