I have purchased a Samsung S4 from vodacom on the 3 July 2013. Ever since i purchased the phone it seemed to be giving me downloading problems. I took the phone back to vodacom opn the 6 July 2013 and the phone Was sent to vodacom in durban. I spoken to a person by the name of Tatham and she mentioned to me that it was a software problem and a software update was done. The device continued to give me the same problem and i took it back to vodacom. They then told me that i must take the phone to the nearest vodashop.
I then took the phone to the vodashop at liberty midlands mall and they redid a software update. The phone was stil not right. I then took the phone back to the vodashop in ladysmith and they rebooked the phone to go back to durban for assessment. 2 weeks later i received the phone back and they mentioend to me that the PCB was replaced. the phone came back in a worse of condition then wat it initially was. this was on the 18 September when i received the phone back.
i then took the phone back to vodacom on the 20 September and they requested that i send the phone with its box and accessment. To date i dnt have the phone in my position and im very dissatisfied.
