A week ago we bought a new LG Smart TV with apple Tv and we cant seem to sync the two together so I phoned LG only to get a highly incompetent 'Customer care' employee on the line, I told her my problem and asked if she had any suggestions as to how i was to go about rectifying this, I was told... um... you can hang on the line or talk to someone else. I asked her if it was possible to recommend a technician or anyone that could help and try to be proactive about getting this solved... whereby all i got was um and arrrh! What is up with the bad service to new customers who you should be nurturing??
I'm ready to return the TV and all the phones and accessories and go somewhere else where they appreciate their customers and want to help give them the best possible experience.
