I initially went in to order a specific Macbook Pro on an MTN contract.
I brought all the correct documents and signed all the paperwork (Saturday) and was told I would I would get a call on Monday whether or not I got approved.
I received no call, so called the service centre, and was told I would get a call back soon. I still got to no callback, so called again, two more times. but still no call back. I then went into the store and after waiting an hour was informed that it my application had not been processed, and that my paperwork had been lost, so had to spend another hour in the queue at the bank to get new statements.
On Wednesday I was finally able to collect the Macbook, but upon getting home, I find out they had given me the wrong model.
On Thursday morning I phoned to enquire how I should proceed to get the correct model exchanged. I was informed that the model I requested is actually not on contract.
I was now informed that I could not get the laptop I was led to believe I was purchasing. So I would have to either cancel the contract or take out a different contract with another provider,
I have lost almost an entire work week and still have no Macbook.
