No appreciation for customers, bad customer service

Today at 13:40 i had bought a family box meal costing R134.90 at KFC in summerstrand, while i was waiting for my order i asked for a glass of water to take my medication and was shocked when the cashier named Babalwa told me that i had to pay 50cents for an empty cup first then she will give me a glass of water! i didn't expect that so i asked her seeing that i had already paid for my meal and had no lose change on me cant she give me a glass of water? she called another cashier called Nomakwezi who also told me that they do not made the rules its management who told them to charge customers for cups and if i have a problem i must take it out with them.it is clear that KFC does not care for their customers judging by the manner their staff treats the customers, what if my life depended on that glass of water i never got? even after paying such a huge bill, the cashiers refused to give me just a glass of water. it's clear that kfc does not care about people, they only care about their money, what happened to ubuntu? after my bad experience with them today, i will never visit any of their franchise. i would rather go to a place where i will be apperciated and well taken cared of.
