4 months and still waiting for my refund

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet with a keyboard doc from [URL Removed] The products were advertised together. When the products arrived, the Note did not fit the keyboard doc as advertised. I sent the keyboard docs back and was promised a refund. Its 4 months later and i am yet to receive the refund, being chased from pillar to post. The order number was DNW-571379
