To day will mark the 4th call for the same problem.
Problem: Line keeps dropping.
First one (no-ref): The technician came out the line at that point in time was working. We asked the Technician not to close the call and he did.
Seconded call (101ctk040113): Technician (Phillip) came out tested the line. and then escalated the call to "D-Tech", i was told that they will call and no-one did, . call was then closed
I then call the call center only to find out that the line was unable to sync at 2mb and i should call Mweb and ask them to drop my line speed to 1.5mb this would be fine if i was on 2mb. But im only one 1mb.
I then suggested/asked that the my line speed be taken down to 1mb to help the syncing. Spoke to Tulli (if im miss-spelling im sorry) - 915ctk090113
Today i logged a call hoping it will go better 159ctk110113 spoke to Viktor very helpful.
Please can this problem be sorted asap.
