Incompetent service!

I have a business contract and need to use my phone for business. This is the 3rd time that my line is cut off with no warning. When we call to find out what the problem is they say we haven't payed our account. There is only one problem, we never received an invoice! How can you expect us to pay when we don't even know we must pay? The call centre refuses to talk to anyone but the contract holder when there are 2 phones on the contract, it could've been sorted out if they just told us we must go pay the account. We pay almost every two weeks to be sure that we don't miss anything at the vodacom branch in Oudtshoorn. Now my daughter and my phones were cut off, we had to drive to town (we live on a farm) to get it reactivated again. This is unacceptable, the call centre employee was incompetent and of no help whatsoever! He just repeated that I must go pay my account with no solution for the future. If only there was a european competition in South Africa then you would see how things are supposed to be done, you would have no customers! I am finishing this contact and moving to another company!
