I got a Samsung S4 with MTN. Its not even a year and my phone does not function without it being on charge. My battery is also swollen. I am fully aware that this is a problem with a "certain" batch, however i'm puzzled with why the service providers LIKE MTN Centurion mall will tell you you have to book in your phone of minimum 2 weeks when they fully aware of the issue. I am NOT willing to wait that long and i need assistance ASAP as to where i can go to get this fixed immediately, i use my phone for EVERYTHING, hence i chose what i thought was best on the market then, but clearly it was some false advertising. Some sort of urgent assistance will be appreciated.
