I have been trying to replace my swollen S2 battery since March of this year. My service provider store has been contacting Samsung reps who promise to provide the product but don't bother to pitch up!
About 2 weeks ago I decided to contact Samsung directly, and was told to contact the smart care centre which I did. The lady told me she would check with retailers and call back. She phoned and gave me a number of a supplier whom I called only to be told they do not have the battery and that they get calls like mine all the time even though The care centre is fully aware that they do not have stock!
Souls we as consumers buy the latest and greatest products from Samsung? Especially since it seems that Samsung loses interest in supporting their products once newer more expensive ones come to the market?
