I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S4 in September 2013. Once the battery is fully charged and unplugged it goes off within 15 minutes as the battery is critically low? I see that there have been numerous complaints about this and when I phoned the service provider I was told my phone has to be sent in and they will replace the battery. This can take up to 5 working days and with the festive season ahead maybe even longer. I cannot be without a phone for 1 day as I rely on my phone for business. Samsung, I need a battery replacement and am not prepared to wait days for this. Your urgent attention regarding this matter will be highly appreciated.
