Hello...
I have only had my Samsung Galaxy S4 for 6 months, but in the last 2 weeks, I have been having terrible battery problems.
The phone would be sufficiently charged, but would die every time I try and make a phone call, take a picture or even send an SMS. I would constantly have to have my phone on charge. I had then noticed that the battery is bulging/swollen and very hot. The phone is BRAND NEW, not older than 6 months, how can the battery be swelling already?
I travel internationally often thus not having a functional phone is unacceptable. I am currently abroad and having terrible trouble with the phone.
I would appreciate a speedy response and resolution to this issue.
