My Samsung S4 had a cracked screen and busted speaker, not only was I told by Samsung Fourways, they will fix it in 30 min, the consultant at Constantia Park could not tell me how long the repairs would take I was told, anything between 2 weeks and 3 months. They never contacted, I had to call them multiple times. When I get my phone back, the volume buttons are cracked which I realised when I got home. I called this branch multiple times concerned about the issue and was put on hold passed around from person to person until I was sent back to the original call agent who promised to get the technicians to contact me. Two weeks come and go which I constantly call and get the whole story again and again. Today I go in fed up, explained my story, which was treated with scepticism and it seemed the manager had never gotten a single message of mine, mu phone was fixed only because my phone was still under warranty. I was offered no apology. Whilst I wait for my phone to be fixed, I hear people at the front desk talking rather rudely and loudly about me and my story. If I am going to spend a fortune on a fancy apparently amazing brand, I expect good service.
