I have never had a samsung phone before and decided to get the S4. its not even 4 months now and i am having serious battery issues. The phone will be fully charged and as soon as i start using applications the phone will restart with Battery critical (0%). As soon as you remove the battery and put it back the battery life is back to normal. This is a constant problem that i am having with this phone where i have to remove the battery the whole day. I have been to a Samsung store and the people there tell me that the battery is swollen and i will need to Replace the battery at a cost of R450. Why must i pay R450 after spending so much on a phone. I have read on the internet and quote
"We are aware of this issue, which has affected a limited number of customers.
We ask all affected customers to please visit their nearest Samsung Electronics service centre, where they can receive a replacement battery for free of charge. We remain committed to providing the best possible user experience for our customers." found on [URL Removed]
Can someone please verify this
