I bought my phone in 3 months ago from incredible connection. My battery is swollen and my phone only works when it is on charge. Even with a full battery it shuts down. When I went to the store that I bought it, they said I must go to Vodashop at Lakeside Mall as they would send it there anyway. When I called them they said I would have to book the phone in so they can check it. I explained this was a battery issue and they said they need to book it in regardless and that they have never heard of this problem. I then called Samsung at the terminal in Boksburg and they also told me to book the phone in as they need to change the charging block as this is what was causing the battery to overheat. I walked into a MTN store today and they said I had to buy a new battery. My phone is 3 months old. Surely it cant be that difficult to get help.
