BAD AND INCOMPETENT SERVICE

1. I sourced repair services from the company MM ALL ELECTRONICS after I was referred to by Samsung South Africa, as they were the approved Samsung service partner around my area to repair my fairly new (3 year) refrigerator. The Technician came and replaced a part (mechanism that switches the refrigerator on and off) which had a 12 month guarantee. I'm just over a year and my refrigerator is giving me the same problem. Upon calling them to seek advise as to why this part has already packed up and whether there could be something maybe causing this, I was told that nowadays products are not the same as previous years and that I must just accept that fact.
2. After been told to pay upfront, which I did I was told the Technician will come on a particular date, guess what, I get a call at 19H33 from the technician who can not see my street number. Who on this day and age sends a technician to work on a refrigerator after 19H30? When I asked him if he was seriously considering working at that time of the night, he just said, well call and make another appointment before dropping my call.
