New Refrigerator broken within 6 month

Refrigerators are a very essential and i was surprised to hear from Mackro that Samsung is closed and they don't do any in house service for broken refrigerator and i will need to wait until next year. How can Samsung be so self eccentric that they don't value customers well being. i was told when buying the refrigerator that its the best in the market but i didn't know the after sale service was so poor.

Can Samsung please come fix the refrigerator and i wonder who will be responsible for the rotten festive food that my family has lost.
