1 Week Later NO Responsre

It just happen last Thursday 14th Nov 2103. Bok Radio western cape radio station had a programme between 11:00-13h00 discussing the Samsung DV 150F camera and they had a competion where you can sms in. Well l sms in the other option were to go into the SAMSUNG store CANAL WALK to enter. I did that. Upon entering l had a look at the camera. Find out the cost ans left the store. Half an hour later l decide to go back and buy the model camera. Arriving back at the store, l ask to buy the camera first the sales people were LOST said that they cant sell it because of the competition. Quite unhappy l said it is impossible THen they said ok they can sell it. Then they said they dont have any stock. They said they can phone me back the next day to let me know when will they have stock.By monday 18th nov NO call back. I phone and the store manager said they will phone me back Promised the next day. Today 2 days later no phone call back. I phone customer care in JHB and even their no luck for ever holding on. The person who l were transfered to were not competent at all did not undetstand English? Did not take my no only my name and surname not even contact details. Still
