I experienced a problem with my Samsung Refrigerator as the fridge section was working fine, but the refrigerator section stopped to cool down. On 9 Sep'13 I contacted Liptronics and they logged a repairs call for me and that someone will contact me soon. 3 days later, 12 Sep'13 nobody had called me, so I called again with great difficulty to get to the Repairs dept after being transferred by 6 people incl 2 Managers, my call was attended to.
A Technician attended to the repairs, but on my arrival at home the evening, the refrigerator was still not working, so I called him on 13 Sep. He came out on 14 Sep and attended to the repairs. He left and we discovered the refrigerator is still not working.
On 16 Sep, I called him again and he arrived the 17 Sep and attended to the repairs. The evening as I arrived at home, the refrigerator is still not cooling down.
On 17 Sep'13, I phone the Technician who did not answer my call nor returned my voice message. I called Liptronics who promised that someone will attend to this soon.
It is today 19 Sep and nobody has contacted me and is completed frustrated and utterly disappointed in Samsung and Liptronics. No customer service!
