UNHAPPY SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CLIENT

I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator July 2011. First problem within 12 months. The Refrigerator does not get cold. Monthly supplies, went off (NO COMPENSATION FOR THIS). The problem arouse within the Warranty period and therefore was fixed by Samsung / Game.

I purchased a Samsung Microwave in December 2012. In Feb /March 2013 the Microwave did not heat up while warming or cooking.

It is now September 2013, 26 months after purchasing the Refrigerator and the same problem has occurred. Unfortunately this problem has occurred out of the warranty period (2 YEARS, if they have faith in their products they would extent this period) and therefore I am required to fix it myself not to mention once again I have to replace the monthly supplies that has gone off as well a call out fee for a technician as well pay for the parts that need to be replaced.

I'm off because these are products that one would expect to last at least 5 years without any hassles!

Both products were purchased at Game stores. I have undertaken to never purchase another Electronic product manufactured by Samsung.
