No Help if no longer under warranty

In the past 7 years my husband and I purchased two Samsung fridges, first the normal combo fridge in 2006 and then a larger side by side fridge in 2009. Of course each of the fridges came with a 3 year warranty.
Then in last year June the combo fridge stopped cooling, we called out a repairer as Samsung would not come out only for them to tell us that Samsung did not have parts to fix our fridge, as somehow the fridge we had still had the old rubberising that they used to use on the Fridgemaster fridges they manufactured in the 1990's. Then in November we realised that our side by side fridge had also stopped cooling and was making a strange knocking noise. We duly called Samsung only for them to tell us that we must switch the fridge off for 3 days as it was probably ice by the fan, what we were to do with our frozen food they couldn't have cared less about. I then went back to Game in December 2013 where we had puchased the fridge and they contacted Samsung for me and asked them to come out to check the fridge. To date no one from Samsung has called us or come out, the repairer we have had is no good and the fridge is still broken. Anyone prepared to help us???
