My KIC refrigerator has broke twice within a two year period. I the got in a an external company to come have a look and they indicated that there is a leak. Everytime the Whirlpool technicians come out they merely regas the refrigerator. after waiting 5 days I was eventually told that a technician would come out. I took off from work and the technician did not pitch up. I will never puirchase a Whirlpool product ever again and will urge others not to as well.

A 20 minute wait on you call centre number is as ridiculous as your service.
