Dear Samsung,
My Galaxy S4 is 4 months old and the battery doesn't hold the charge. It will get up to 60% and then the phone will just switch off. I saw a couple reports about the battery issue on the S4. As per Samsung Global website, Samsung invites all people with faulty batteries to obtain new ones free of charge from Samsung stores or the mobile centres. Is this correct? Can we have this done with no hassles?
